1. Observe whether the indoor circulating fan is working properly. If it is burnt out and does not work, the evaporation cannot function properly, resulting in the inability to cool down.
2. Determine if there is voltage supplied to the compressor, such as whether the AC contactor connected to the compressor unit is engaged? Is the wire connecting the compressor constantly breaking or poorly connected? And determine whether the voltage meets the rated voltage requirements of the compressor.
3. To determine the current of the compressor unit, the current must reach the rated current of the compressor. If the voltage is normal but the current does not meet the requirements, it indicates a lack of refrigerant.
4. If the high-temperature test chamber is a stacked unit, observe whether both units are running. If one unit is not working, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. Identify the cause of the malfunctioning compressor and analyze and resolve it.
5. Observe whether the cooling fan of the condenser is working and whether the direction of the cooling fan is normal? During normal operation, the wind direction should blow outward.
6. Determine whether the compressor in the high-temperature test chamber is lacking refrigerant, and use a pressure gauge to observe whether the pressure after the compressor is started is normal when the equipment is working? Or feel the temperature of the high-pressure exhaust pipe of the compressor by hand. Normally, the temperature should be very high and hot to the touch. If it is a dual unit refrigeration system, it is necessary to determine which compressor is lacking refrigerant.
